Q1. Single cylinder or double cylinder – which one should I pick?

Single cylinder air cooled diesel engine is lighter, simpler, and costs less to maintain – good for up to 15 HP where load is moderate. Double cylinder gives smoother running and handles sustained higher loads better. If you’re running it hard for long hours daily, double cylinder is worth the extra cost.

Q2. Will this engine work directly with a generator alternator?

Yes. The 1500 RPM rated speed makes it compatible with standard 50Hz alternators used across India. If you already have an alternator and want to confirm compatibility before ordering, just share the specs with us and we’ll check.
